Personnel Protection Requirements: Proper use of protective equipment is mandatory. Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with the operating procedures of the Dry Type fish feed pellet processing machine before starting work. During operation, the following protective equipment must be worn: high-temperature resistant gloves to avoid contact with the high-temperature extrusion chamber, die head, and discharge pellets to prevent burns; dust masks to avoid inhaling raw material dust and protect the respiratory tract; and protective goggles to prevent raw material debris from entering the eyes. Operators are strictly prohibited from placing hands or tools into hazardous areas such as the feed hopper, extrusion chamber, and discharge port while the equipment is running. If cleaning or adjustments are necessary, the machine must be stopped and the power disconnected first. For example, cleaning the die head must be done only after the equipment has been completely stopped and cooled down; disassembling the die head while the machine is running is strictly prohibited.

Equipment Safety Requirements: Ensure the normal operation and effective protection of the Dry Type fish feed making machine. Before operating the equipment, check that the safety protection devices (such as protective covers and emergency stop buttons) are intact and effective. The protective cover must be securely installed and cover all rotating parts (such as the screw and cutting device). The emergency stop button must be sensitive and reliable to ensure that the power is immediately cut off in case of malfunction. During operation, the equipment's running status must be monitored in real time. If any abnormal noises, vibrations, oil leaks, or odors are detected, immediately press the emergency stop button, disconnect the power, and wait for the equipment to completely stop before checking the cause of the malfunction and troubleshooting before restarting. Overloading the equipment is strictly prohibited. Adjust the feeding speed according to the equipment's rated capacity to avoid motor overload. For example, for a machine with a capacity of 150 kg/h, the feeding speed must not exceed 180 kg/h to prevent motor overload and fire.

Emergency handling requirements: Rapid response to sudden malfunctions. Emergency handling procedures are established for common malfunctions: If screw jamming occurs, immediately stop the machine and disconnect the power. Wait for the equipment to cool down to below 50°C, disassemble the screw to clean residual material, check if the material's moisture content and particle size meet requirements, and reinstall and restart after troubleshooting. If die blockage occurs, stop the machine, disconnect the power, and allow it to cool down. Disassemble the die to clean the blockage, check if the die orifice is deformed, replace or repair, and reinstall. If motor overload trips, wait for the motor to cool down, check the feeding rate and equipment load, reduce the feeding rate or troubleshoot the equipment, and then restart. For example, it is strictly forbidden to force the equipment to start after the material jams, otherwise it will cause the motor to burn out or the screw to break, increasing maintenance costs.
